This seems a decent place to start a journal, plenty of strong chaps round here so here goes.

Stats:

21 y/o male

5 foot 9
97 kg
prity fat (mostly arse)
best bench : 180 kg touch and go, 172.5 kg paused raw.
best deadlift : 260 kg, but have done 250 x 4 so maybe higher. raw.
best squat: 220 kg wrapped ATG no belt. raw
front squat ~ 170 kg wraps + belt
strict militery press ~ 115 kg

90 kg x 1
105 kg x 1 prity easy just practising my technique im im new to log training

1 arm barbell snatch

40 kg x 1
50 kg x 2/2
60 kg x 1/1
63.5 kg x 1/1 pb with the right arm.

powercleans

110 kg x 2 not to failure juest practising
60 kg x 10 full cleans with the front squat again just working on form

muscle snatchs (first time doing these)

60 kg x 3
80 kg x 1
85 kg x 1
90 kg x 1 prity easy will do 95 kg next week

ok average day. only plus was the one arm snatch pb with the right arm. I would like to get 65kg withen a month, but progress is always slow on the one arm snatchs. Like the muscle snatchs however possibly the s**test form any where in the world.

ok went into this workout a tad out of groove, back felt abit suspect! i only trained deads 4 days ago and squats 3 days ago, so i think i was phucked over.
300 kg should of been mine. Not to worry somthing to aim for over the next 2 weeks

pull ups average, 40 kg + bw was a pb @ 97 kg bodyweight. currently eating tuna out the tin + brine mmmmmmmmmmmmm

no, just overhanded. until i saw the comments on youtube this morning i had no idea what a hook grip was lol! sounds painfll from what i can understand!

bench press

60 x 12

140 kg x 10 pb, wide grip as well with a normal grip I have more
170 kg x 1 wide grip
100 kg x 23-24 lost count

flat bench skull crushers

50 kg x 5 v strict to forehead
55 kg x 5
60 kg x 5 strict
65 kg x 4 damnnn wanted 5

power snatch

60 x 6
80 x 2
90 x 1

full snatch (just working on form, im s**t)

80 x 1 s**t form more like a power snatch

Ok not too bad bench press was decent, especially the 140 kg x 10 with a wide grip. I'm always stronger with thumb roughly one inches past the knurling. My wide grip is pinky's on rings.

Im getting so peed of with snatches, i see guys like 60 kg snatching massive amounts.. i don't get how i can squat near 500 lbs bench 400 but cant snatch 100 kgs....
