Training the 27/05/2013 Auchinharvie gym was mobbed :-( Squats 60 x 10 100 x 10 140 x 10 shooting pain in my knee cap :-( wtf 100 x 10 pain was too much Leg press 250 x 10 330 x 5 330 x 5 knee was too sore.... Leg extension Knee said no..... wtf Seated dumbbell press 20 x 10 25 x 10 30 x 10 Dumbbell snatch 40 x 3 45 x 3 50 x 3 Had enough finished and pished off!!!!! | |||

Sorry I had to leave as soon as the comp finished (had work) just like to say it was a brill comp everyone did amazing but the top 3 were outstanding and any of them would do Scotland proud at the Brits or euros :-) Always like to say a big win done to my bro Jeremy on winning did brilliant all day and hope the injury on the stones heals on time to smash the euros :-) :-) :-) |
