Training 26/4/2012 Bench Bar x 25 Bar x 15 60 x 6 60 x 6 100 x 3 115 x 1 125 x 3 REP PB (f**king finally and it felt quite easy) 125 x 3 125 x 3 Slingshot on 140 x 1 (very easy) 150 FAIL (was a long shot but worth a go) Slingshot off Close grip 120 x 1 f2 PB 110 x 4 105 x 5 Tricep dips Bw x 10 Bw x 10 Bw +20kg x 10 Bw +35kg x 5 Chest dumbbell press 30 x 6 40 x 6 46 x 5 (wrist sore now) 30 x 10 Pull ups Bw x 10 Bw x 5 Pec dec 3 sets unsure of the weight Really happy with the benching. Finally seen some progression and I hope to get 140 in the next few sessions Onwards | |||

Training 25/4/2012 Deadlift 70 x 3 70 x 3 120 x 3 120 x 3 160 x 1 170 x 1 180 x 1 180 FAIL just above knees (hamstrings felt tight and I didn't want to pull) 150 x 5 160 x 5 Not pushing deadlift too hard at the moment. I'm really emphasising squat at the moment and just trying to keep deadlift ticking over | |||

Training 24/4/2012 Squat Stretches etc. Warm up on bar 60 x 8 60 x 5 100 x 3 100 x 2 120 x 1 140 x 1 Belt on 140 x 2 150 x 2 150 x 2 150 x 2 150 x 2 150 x 5 REP PB Really happy with the rep pb. Training squats hard at the moment. The plan is to keep working on reps up to 160 5x5 and then hope to pb 190+ | |||

Not too arsed about log, just a bit of fun. 90 will go soon though Short term main goal is 140 bench. It will go within 2-3 weeks if I train smart and stick to the f**king plan |
