Deadlift

Felt really tired today, so i really suprised myself with a rep pb
When i get my squat to around 200 im going to emphasise deadlift more

Once a week is nowhere near enough for a guy trying to master something...... a boxer wouldnt spar once a week would he .
Learn to set up tight watch vids on great benchers getting into solid positions
Work on finding good foot placement
Pause evey rep for the next 6 weeks and see how that helps
Try to improve your rep range at a lower weight (1 more rep a week)
Floor presses
Tricep work/cgbp
Use the incline /decline benches (after flat)to increase overall chest strength
Pased Weighted dips

140 FAIL - really close to getting this, felt like a had a real fight with it and only just lost!!! Must have been literally 1 or 2 kgs too heavy. Defo gonna go very soon

Legs and lower back still killing from squat yesterday so reasonably pleased with this

Cheers jack, its a nice milestone and it got me to over a 500 total Happy

To be honest though it was a token effort, I knew I'd get it. I'm going to be aiming for 190 in 2-3 weeks
