Really happy with the rep pb. Training squats hard at the moment. The plan is to keep working on reps up to 160 5x5 and then hope to pb 190+

Really happy with the benching. Finally seen some progression and I hope to get 140 in the next few sessions

Cheers jack, its a nice milestone and it got me to over a 500 total Happy

To be honest though it was a token effort, I knew I'd get it. I'm going to be aiming for 190 in 2-3 weeks
