Thanks! I think 140 is definitely there if I train it consistently… the 130 didn’t get much leg drive ! Squat: 175 x 6/6/6/6 This was too soon after lunch and felt v bloated and uncomfortable Deadlift: 205 x 6,6 Moved quickly Hyper extension: 20 kg x 12/12/12 | |||
