new year strength resolution?

I know xmas isnt over yet but does anyone have any new strength resolutions? im not arsed about you giving up fags or stopping knocking f**k out of missus. Mines to start squatting and deadlifting again. missed them loads Unhappy

Mine is to start taking it a bit more seriously seen as I have entered a comp and have something to aim for.

i would like to see 90kg bw at least this year 100kg is crack pipe but if i did im be over the moon!!!!

I would like to a 600kg total mainly from DL & Squat but a bit or progression on bench wouldnt go a miss.

Need to resist the temptation to do max singles all the time and put some solid reps in.

Eat clean, eat heavy, focus and lift lots.

My 2 resolutions:

1. Have some form of regimented eating so I consume more than 47 Kcals a day.

2. 550+ unequipped total @u75kg (Including a 250kg+ DL).. Big target indeed.

Get organised and regimented with Training & Nutrition to perform competitivly at a higher level than last years two novice comps, using it as a stepping stone for even higher levels in 2011!

Along with a 2:1 or higher degree in strength & conditioning added to getting a internship with a professional outfit in the UK or US !
