cheers now mate

so yesterday did 12 miles with a pack was pretty easy but still counts

today

1 hour of army circuits press ups, sit ups, dorsal raises, sprints, dips, crawls, burpees etc

then

mile and a half

2000m on rowing machine

5k on bike

then i had finished work and did what i wanted to

I was going to suggest switching to low bar, but I was going to wait until after this first PL comp!

I'd also suggest you don't stop high bar squats. You're good at them, they help prevent "caving in" when low bar squatting, and for someone who pulls conventionally, they are an excellent Deadlift assistance exercise.

Strong high bar squats equal strong deadlifts, I reckon.
