Cheers mate!

deadlift was very close, was first deadlift session since ESM back in mid june so bit keen perhaps, probably have another crack in the next couple of weeks.

log... i just binned it from my shoulders perhaps i should not have, im not really sure how to reverse clean a log, its a second hand no spec thing at the local gym so i think it breaks a reasonable amount!

Africa was amazing.

Met some amazing people, had some fun experiences, some challenging experiences, some powerful experiences and some humbling experiences.

On a faith level is was a very powerful time also.

How is work and training going for you mate?
