kirkynick thanks mate didn't feel too bad maybe i should have gone for 12 but when i stepped up 11 would have taken the win haha

dunno what the plan is just yet training wise as i now have a lot of free time and leave... not sure what to do as it looks like the things i had lined up might have fallen through... might go to africa and rest (and get small) for a few weeks/months!

no worries mate, my life is currently on hold until i hear about this job in london so i can't commit to next saturday yet... sorry, will be in touch tho mate

yeah as i said i dunno what the plan is for the next couple of months, had booked it out to do security for the Olympics, if that falls through i might be off so dunno where that will leave training for a while! haha
