Firstly, 220 wasn't even in the plan today, reps with 200 was the plan to ease back into it but I jumped the gun. Secondly, the deadlift pb on sunday left my hamstrings and calfs aching like mad which won't have helped haha. But no excuses, I have tripled 220 in just a belt so to fail today wasn't good enough. But the only way is up from here | ||

Not too sure how bad it is yet Overhead 60kg x 3 strict 80kg x 2 1 strict 1 push 90kg x 1 push 100kg x 1 push 105kg x 1 push (pb) At least my session ended on a high. There was more there than 105 too. Just hope my pec injury isn't bad | ||
