To be fair I think I failed for a couple of reasons. Firstly, 220 wasn't even in the plan today, reps with 200 was the plan to ease back into it but I jumped the gun. Secondly, the deadlift pb on sunday left my hamstrings and calfs aching like mad which won't have helped haha.
But no excuses, I have tripled 220 in just a belt so to fail today wasn't good enough. But the only way is up from here Happy

At least my session ended on a high. There was more there than 105 too. Just hope my pec injury isn't bad
