This coupled with Clarence's new video has got me right fired up for squats! f**k this, I'm running a Russian squat routine when I'm all healed up after my hernia op!

Following Pete's vids I have just been watching some more of him including an interview. Yes, he went from powerlifting (world record squat and top 3 in IPF) to Olympic lifting and competed twice in the Olympic (10th and 7th). Amazing athlete!
