Anyway not arsed! May try again next week or just stick with my s**t wraps!!! CGBP 60 x 10 100 x 5 140 x 3 - last time I ever do bench without wrist wraps, thought my wrists were gonna snap!!!! Well rahter short and bit of a s**t (s**t as in i didn't do what i wanted) session really, planned to do more rpes with squat but didn't feel right. Think my illness sun/ mon has taken more outta me than i thouhgt. The 240's I did cocncentrate on hitting depth so didn't attack it properly and in the hole looked forward to check i hit depth but this knocks me off balance! Anyway only one more sas and catt's sesh now before I cock off next saturday so just gona have some fun | ||

Including Mongo's 185 strict log!!!!!!!!! Strict log 70 x 10 90 x 4 - wasn't warmed up enough 70 x 10 90 x 5 90 x 5 100 x 2 - really strufggled?????????? 110 x f xc 1 push 120 x 3 fails - dog s**t! this is when i lost interest! Farmers 80 x 40m 130 x 40m - peebee drop amd tun at 20m and another drop at 35m! was pretty rapid too dicked about with axle, then had to leave gonna miss the mongs there, and at least benmog popped along at start so got a cuddle Damo, paddy, mgo See you all in a few months i hop | ||
