Decided to try my old pre-workout last night so had a banana and a black corto from costa (its like an ubber strong esperesso), appeared to help a little bit! Seated dumbbell press Used these as a warm up as someone was using rack 35lb x 20 65lb x 10 80lb x 10 - all easy Strict Press 80 x 3 80 x 3 80 x 4 80 x 4 80 x 3 - load of dogs**t! Haven't pressed for a good few weeks though Push Press 100 x 3 110 x 1 115 x 3m - jus couldn't quite lockout it, not too disheartendd as haven't PP since May! FInished with some curls! | ||
