you'll get there dude, just need the family life to settle into a routine so that you may one day stick to a routine for your training for more that 3 sessions Wink

Been a big upheaval for you and family moving over there, gonna take a fair amount of time for all to settle down and get used to climate etc etc. Then you can find routine stick to it and see the gainz come Happy

Decided to try my old pre-workout last night so had a banana and a black corto from costa (its like an ubber strong esperesso), appeared to help a little bit!

Seated dumbbell press Used these as a warm up as someone was using rack
35lb x 20
65lb x 10
80lb x 10 - all easy

Strict Press
80 x 3
80 x 3
80 x 4
80 x 4
80 x 3 - load of dogs**t! Haven't pressed for a good few weeks though

Push Press
100 x 3
110 x 1
115 x 3m - jus couldn't quite lockout it, not too disheartendd as haven't PP since May!

FInished with some curls!

Not a bad 2 sessions back mate. Always gonna be ropey if you've missed sessions for a period of time and also with everything you've been through mate!

Also WTF is going on mixing weights up lbs and kg in the same session!!! I remember getting a bollocking off a chaotic fella for doing that Tongue Grin

Well I'm officially a f**king lightweight on caffeine! Had 2 corto's before a meeting and was so high i couldn't speka properly! I was hosting the session too! I've only just come down!
