i think with a Wider stance and Wider grip you can get more hamstring, glute activation through the lift and probably more legs. but that how i feel it works for me

With a wider grip your gonna have to pull the bar that little bit higher to lockout, meaning you need to be stronger in the final phase of the lift? f**k knows

Last nights "training" at Catts with big mick, big ben, and James "the worlds biggest keg" Clayotn (he looks a right fat c**t now, I look like Kate moss next to him!)

Raw Squats
60 x 10
100 x 5
150 x 5
180 x 5
220 x 1 - belt on
230 x 1 - wraps on.
240 x f x f - tried using micks wraps but didn't feel right. Anyway not arsed! May try again next week or just stick with my s**t wraps!!!

CGBP

140 x 3 - last time I ever do bench without wrist wraps, thought my wrists were gonna snap!!!!

Well rahter short and bit of a s**t (s**t as in i didn't do what i wanted) session really, planned to do more rpes with squat but didn't feel right. Think my illness sun/ mon has taken more outta me than i thouhgt. The 240's I did cocncentrate on hitting depth so didn't attack it properly and in the hole looked forward to check i hit depth but this knocks me off balance!

Anyway only one more sas and catt's sesh now before I cock off next saturday so just gona have some fun Grin Will prob start a proper routine when I get out there???

WIde grip lat pull dowsn - 4 sets of 10 upto 100kg
seated row thing on machine - 4 x 10 upto 80kg a side
close grip pull down - 4 x 10 upto 80kg

Bent over rows
80k x 10
100k x 10
140k x 10
180k x 4 - peebee
180 x 5 - more of a pb!!!!

Also i was totally gash and so spent most of it watching the mongs dick about with stupid log weights!!!!! Including Mongo's 185 strict log!!!!!!!!!
