You must of been 125 before you left then lol I would say bulky is the opposite of cut lol

Trie dpush pressing with 90 but struggled like f**k! Christ knows what that was about

Its not my right arm its my right shoulder that's fooked as I found out tonight! Luckily dr steve was in the gym tonight and he a fountain of knowledge when it comes to this s**t! Also my IT band is tight as fook which is causing my mong foot to stick out when squatting...........

140 x 1 - just and only just, not getting my shoulder into it or summat. Steve has a stretching plan! Wink

200 x 2 - massive good morning on 2nd rep! lol! Quite pleased as not repped 200 for ages

Dicked about with some front squats and teaching another lad to deadlift and some other s**t!

Quite pleased in all, know where I've got some real flexibility issues and an idea how to start fixing em (whether I do the stretching is another thing Grin )

Not bad squatting there john, 200x2 is decent going. Yeah just need to get shoulder stretched etc and get it sorted. Thats what i've been doing, stretching and some light band work. Worked wonders Happy
