Was 113.5 today WHateva rodg! :P Anyway of riding a nice Christ over past few sessions, tonight was, well s**te! Strict Press bar x load 60 x 10 80 x 5 - struggle 90 x 2 - wtf? Just could not get my right arm going! Felt like I pulled summat! 90 x 2 Trie dpush pressing with 90 but struggled like f**k! Christ knows what that was about Seated dumbbell press 60lbs x 10 85lbs x 8 100lbs x 2 - dogs**t! 85lbs x 10 - balls to it, home! My Friday night and its payday! Happy payday everybody! Millionaire for the day! | ||

Luckily dr steve was in the gym tonight and he a fountain of knowledge when it comes to this s**t! Also my IT band is tight as fook which is causing my mong foot to stick out when squatting........... Bench 60 x loads 100 x 10 120 x 5 130 x 4 140 x 1 - just and only just, not getting my shoulder into it or summat. Steve has a stretching plan! 110 x 5 Squats bar x loads 60 x 10 100 x 5 150 x 5 190 x 5 - belt and sleeves on 200 x 2 - massive good morning on 2nd rep! lol! Quite pleased as not repped 200 for ages Dicked about with some front squats and teaching another lad to deadlift and some other s**t! Quite pleased in all, know where I've got some real flexibility issues and an idea how to start fixing em (whether I do the stretching is another thing Night all | ||
