It all caught up with me and I started to have a few sessions with fails in them and then started to feel fat and out of shape. Don't do what I did and crash diet, you'll probably regret it if you do. Since I went back to sticking to 531 I've never felt better, I might not be hitting 1RMs but I'm hitting rep PBs and my body feels better for it. | ||

I envisage a kg per week of fat will be lost so this process will likely take around 15 weeks to complete. | ||
