Member 1739, 1266 posts SQ 365, BP 245, DL 332.5942.5 kgs @ 105kgs Eq | 25.07.12: Wednesday - Squat & Bench Squat 60x2x5 100x1x5 140x1x3 180x1x3 210x1x3 230x1x1 - Went down for second rep and as I drove back up I felt a sharp pain in the back of my right hamstring so lowered the weight down to the pins. Its not a tear as their isn't any brusing and I can get down into a full squat postion still. Hopfully it will pass in the next couple of days. The postives from this are that 230 moved very quick, never moved it so fast. Bench Press 60x1x10 100x1x5 130x1x3 155x1x2 130x1x7 100x1x12 Some Flyes and Extensions. I then walked home from the gym about 3miles [Car is having a MOT], I could feel my hamstring slightly am hoping it will just pass quickly time will tell. | ||
