Yeah was happy with session, am getting used to lifting the bar out for myself on bench now. Yeah just wasn't strong enough, deficts felt good. Will do them when am fresh next week.

Reverse Hypers

Decent session, the main reason for squatting with knee wraps was to see if I get anything out of my current wraps, the answer is no I am currently using a stretched out Inzer pair.

Also the reason I don't usually do reverse hypers is because not enough weight can be loaded onto the machine, I think in future I will add a band or two on to the machine as I like the exercise.
