Quick update before i head to the gym tonight.

Last Fridays session, worked up to 180k on the squat for 4 reps. The rest of the session was pretty s**te so won't bother writing it up.

Its the chest, recently i haven't had any bother but as you can see i've been going really light, just trying to increase the weight gradually.

Tonight's session, should have been tomorrow but i needed to go to the gym tonight.

Wednesday 13th August

Training has been pretty sporadic over the last week or two, next week everything should settle down. Weighed in on the scales today at about 82k with clothes and shoes on, might explain the sudden drastic drop in strength.

Left it there, back was pretty sore at this point. Quite pleased with the OH Squats, I've done 100k a few months back but that was at about 90k body weight.

Well Well Well Adam,
Believe it or not but this is me (Dave)from MXFitness I just signed up to Sugden so I can keep in touch, just like I said I would.
I hope all goes better for you over in Belfast and will let you know how my training goes.
I am looking forward to getting my hip fixed and then hopefully getting back into the arena next year.

Looks like an interesting platform for discussion this Sugden site.

Its great to see you here Dave, hope you stick around! I should be in MX fitness tomorrow for one last squat session, probably around 4.30 / 5pm.

Aye get your hip sorted and get competing again. Your deadlifting looked great the other day!

Rob, I'd like to say I'm lean but a more accurate term would probably be "skinny-fat".

Friday 15th August

Last session in MX Fitness yesterday lifting with Madjock who squatted 240k for an easy double. Nice lifting yesterday Madjock, its been good training with you these last few months.


Some paused squats for myself, starting off light and just working up gradually.

Some leg curl just to finish off.
