Weighed in on the scales today at about 82k with clothes and shoes on, might explain the sudden drastic drop in strength. Over Head Squats 40k x 5,5 50k x 5 60k x 5 70k x 10 85k x 3 95k x 1 Flat DB Press 30k x 5 35k x 5 40k x 5 45k x 5,5,5,5,5 Machine Rows 40k x 8 60k x 8 80k x 8 100k x 8 Behind the Neck Press 40k x 8 50k x 8 Left it there, back was pretty sore at this point. Quite pleased with the OH Squats, I've done 100k a few months back but that was at about 90k body weight. | ||

Nice lifting yesterday Madjock, its been good training with you these last few months. Some paused squats for myself, starting off light and just working up gradually. Squats - All Paused 100k x 3 110k x 3 120k x 3 140k x 3 150k x 3 160k x 3 170k x 3 Some leg curl just to finish off. | ||
