I think I got 595. BC - I shall be competing this year, still not too sure what Fed. I was going to do the BDF on the 24th of this month but I'm off to the lakes for a holiday so it will have to be another one. Bodyweight is probably a bit more than 90 now, I would say about 92/93, I shall weigh myself and update the profile. | ||

I am on hols 2 weeks in august, plus with GBPF equippeds in july not sure what kinda off unequipped form I'll be in! Good luck either way pal! The 90's in the BDFPA Unequipped is gona be fearce this year; Mark Lowe (650-660, current champ), Andy Bonner back up to the weight class (697.5, multiple world, brits champ and record holder, the daddy!), Ian Shaw coming over and Vince Minty getting better every comp. I am a bit gutted I am gona miss that one but there ya go! If your goal is unequipped 90's the there you go Adam. | ||

Qualifying total for British is 520, so could knock it out and then get head down for the British in May  | ||

Thanks Iain, although i'm not sure if I'll make the 90's, another cycle on Smolnov and the added weight in my legs will probably put me in the 110's. Thanks Ticth, appreciate it mate. Buzz - thanks for the reminder, but I've discovered there is a NW comp for BDF in February, so thats the one I will probably do. I've worked it out that there is exactly 10 weeks between the NW and nationals. It takes exactly ten weeks to do a Smolnov cycle. Coincidence? I think not. | ||
