Pissed off with a bad session but its the 1st bad one for a while. 3 Days off now and then back too it. | ||

All beltless with chalk 60 x 6 x 2 100 x 6 140 x 4 160 x 3 Best set ive ever done, felt quick and very light and pulled smoothly 160 x 3 160 x 3 160 x 3 160 x 3 160 x 3 160 x 3 160 x 3 180 x 4 PB Possibly 2 more there 200 x 2 PB Very happy with this, pretty slow reps but didn't feel overly heavy Neutral grip Rear Lat pulldown 80 x 6 90 x 4 Supinated grip Lat Pulldown 60 x 8 70 x 6 Neutral grip front lat pulldown 70 x 6 70 x 5 Done, really felt the benefit from some time off. Hopefully lead to some good PBs next week when i try and max out. | ||

Looked at the 200 today and just knew it was gonna be comfortable, in the past id see 4 and a half plates and get nervy with it. Also getting some chalk has made a difference, don't particularly like straps but couldn't hold the s**tty bars in my gym, grip feels solid as a rock now. Planning on hitting 220 soon. | ||

To shoot the spotters. Bar x 10 40 x 10 60 x 10 100 x 6 120 x 3 120 x 3 140 x 1 Peanut very easy, probably my best 140 to date 160 F Felt pretty good but the 1 of the spotters touched the bar, bas***d! felt i had this 160 F Pinned to the chest this time, didnt really get the setup right and lost tightness 140 x 2 Pretty easy 160 F Different spotter, did a better job but i didn't, got it off the chest but didn't manage to get it in to the triceps, had a good battle but the spotter jumped in, doubt i would have got it Disappointed not to get the 160 especially the 1st attempt but with some more work around 140-150 this should go comfortably. Will feel more confident with a mate spotting rather than young lads. CGBP 100 X 8 100 X 8 Incline DB Press in LBs 75 x 8 85 x 12 Not done for ages nice and easy | ||
