Had alot of pain in my left elbow, this made squat a little bit more unpleasant, the 307.5 were good second set was alot better. Sumo Dead Lift [Suit on from start] 70, 120, 170, 210, 240 / Straps Up 260, 280 Leg Press Can't remember the all weights up to 420 x 1 x 6 Leg Extensions 5sets of 15 - 25 reps Then good mornings with the bar to stretch hamstrings and lower back. | ||

Inclined Bench Press 60, 100, 115 [5 reps per Set] ------------------------------------------------------------- 03.06.12: Sunday - Dead Lift, Bench, Dead Lift Conv Dead Lift 60, 100, 140, 180, 210, 235, 250, 265 - F [Different day I would of had this] Bench Press 60x1x10, 100x1x5, 120x1x2, 140x1x2 / Shirt On 180x1x3, 200x1x3, 220x1x1, 240x1x1, 250x1x1, 250x1xF - Lost my air at the bottom. No Touches with any, 250 was very close getting better each session. I would use boards to work the weight down but don't have enough training partners. Thanks. I rarely get it tbh and when I do I gernally back off abit with the normal squatting and mimic a squat bar squat using straps and it seems to just go away. I think its an over use thing. Erm don't really know it varies comp to comp. In an ideally world I would do a 6 week erun up with a shirt 2board, 1 board, chest then repeat, but haven't had the spotters to do that. Regarding the squat suit I gernally try and make sure am doing abit of equipped box squats even if I don't have a comp coming up. | ||

Box Squat [12Inch/Belt Only] 60, 100, 140, 180, 210, 230, 250 SB Box Squat[12Inch/No Belt] 60, 100, 140, 170 [Sets of 5] Bench Press 60x1x10, 100x1x3, 120x1x3, 140x1x1, 150x1x1, 130x1x6, 120x1x6 / Moved Grip in to make the lift abit more Chest Domiant 100x3x10. Job Done, tidy session. | ||

Bench Press [Feet Up/Paused] 60x1x5, 100x1x5, 120x1x5, 130x1x3, 137.5x1x2 Good session plenty more in the tank nice 837.5kg gym total. | ||

My normal grip is as wide as possiable, I bought my grip in to little finger around the rings which is more chest domiant for my self and how are you working your lats in a pressing movement stabilizing yes but not contracting. | ||

Log Press 122.5 x 1 rep, cleaned it a further two times but just couldn't control it. Farmers Walk 140kg Each Hand - 14 Metres Was happy with this left hand kept slipping off. Dead Lift 240, 260, 280, 300 x F Squat The rules changed last minute, NO SUITS! The weight was also 7.5 kg heavy than listed. 247.5 x 2 Reps Stone Carry 165 x 30m Keg Toss 3 Kegs out of 6 haha I was s**t at this event. 7th out of 8. Am not disapointed with this, happy I did it all good experience. Now looking for to the British Senior Power Lifting Champs. | ||
