Currently training in Liverpool at the Training Station - great gym (obviously not Adders standard, but then what is?), and convinient for me at the moment. Monday 23 JUN 08 Deadlift (wtxrepsxsets) 60x5x1 100x3x1 140x3x1 165x2x1 132.5x3x8 The 8 sets of 3 reps was pretty tough, and not made any easier by working in with my training partner who's lifting quite different ammounts to me - loading was draining. Stiff leg deadlifts 60x8x3 I'm quite new to these so I'm keeping them faily light to begin with - I'm writing this post 2 days after the workout and I can definitely feel them now! Snatch pulls 60x5x3 Pull ups 8,8,6 | ||

Felt good though, might go for a max next week. Flys and pullovers (just for Keir!) Nevermind) Power cleans 60x3 65x3 70x3 75x1 Bit of a rushed session but the squats felt quite good. | ||
