Can some of the more experienced owners please give me some advice? E.g. suitable attire, angles to stand at and how much to breathe in when walking past nice women?

your question suggests that women do not like powerbellies? What an outrage!

All kinds of "experts" will come and offer you tips on wearing black clothes, loose clothes, too tight or too big or what ever. Ignore all of this.

The best way to hide a powerbelly is to go GFH on chest. if your chest is f**king massive, the powerbelly will only compliment it.

There is something in Veganlifter's recommendation I think. As long as there is a contrast between your chest and your stomach you will be OK. Personally I am just about managing to maintain this at the moment but it is something that needs constant monitoring.

Interesting. 'Operation Pert Pecs' may kick into action soon.

I'm thinking flat dumbell press or maybe even inclines twice a week on upper body days. Sadly this may mean lowering the bicep volume.

unless you dedicate a whole extra session to biceps, perhaps on thursdays? This way you could hit them from every angle using Weider principles.

Surely what you need are declines, to target those lower pecs, so they stand out more in contrast to the developing paunch.

Markus Ruhl does actually do a biceps day. By that logic you'd expect a quads day, a hamstrings day and a calves day but apparently he finds time to train all these minor muscles together.
