goals -
mainly start competing - not to win but just get a feel for how a day goes and what does/ does not work for me
-get deadlift upto 250 atleast
-get clean and press (oly bar) to 120ish
-get alxle press to 110 and deadlift to 230ish
-get a competition weight of 105 easy but being as big as i can at that weight lol
