This was the best that deads have felt in a while, belt went on at 140 kg but all done without chalk. Plenty more there tonight but steady as it goes, I'm in no rush. | ||

Not done fronties for a while, felt ok if a little uncomfortable across the throat and on the shoulders. | ||
