Haha i always use a belt on squats n deads once i go over 100kg better safe than sorry mate

Push Press
3 x 70 kg

2 x 0 x 85 kg

Seted Machine Press, lat raises, upright rows

A bit of a shoulder workout tonight, I know I've dropped a bit of weight and it's been a while since I've done any overhead but I expected to get the 85 kg.

Rows, pulldowns, curls.

This was the best that deads have felt in a while, belt went on at 140 kg but all done without chalk.
Plenty more there tonight but steady as it goes, I'm in no rush.

I managed to get to 10 reps at 120, strength wasn't an issue but I was blowing out of my arse from the 6th rep.
Not done fronties for a while, felt ok if a little uncomfortable across the throat and on the shoulders.
