Cleans
50 x a bunch of reps for warm up
70kg x 3 couple of sets
100kg x 2 couple of sets
120kg x 1 - I'm catching much lower now, just feel the first initial pull it way harder than it should be
140kg x 1 - great rep still dolphining on first part of the pull I feel this is holding me backnot sure what to do though???
152.5kg x f a couple of times a few where close just didn't catch properly

Lower traps exercises for rehab boring stuff

Ham curls
Full stack x 8 for 3 sets

Loads of hamstring stretches

Straight leg deadlift
150kg x 8
190kg x 3
210kg x 3
230kg x 3
250kg x 1 haven't pulled this in a while

Went to physic again the other day she thinks I can start overhead towards to end of next week just being very patient right now

Squats
This week the plan was to get back to proper depth finally so I can then start building on that, depth was 2 inches lower than last week
70kg x 10
120kg x 5
170kg x 3
200kg x 3
210kg x 1
220kg x 1
All were hitting depth need to be a little more flexible

Been neglecting my legs recently so today was the day to train a little harder

Leg press
300kg x 10
400kg x 8
500kg x 5

Smith machine lunges
60kg x 10 each leg for 3 sets

Smith machine hack squat super low
60kg x 10
80kg x 10
80kg x 10

Seated Calf raises
150kg x 10
150kg x 10
150kg x 10

Leg extension
Full stack x a bunch of reps and sets

Good session feel good about legs again
550kg x 5
More than but playing it safe this week

I suck at lifting weights

18inch Deadlift
70kg x 8 back was already tight
120kg x 5
170kg x 5 felt ok
220kg x 3 this were ALOT harder than they should have been
270kg x 3 felt hard but got it up
310kg x 1
320kg x didnt even move, was distracted by a phone call though

Strict Press
First week back from injury
70kg x 8
90kg x 5
100kg x 3
100kg x 3
100kg x 3

3 Back exericses and 2 shoulder exercises to assist

Back was still a little sore today, cracked on anyways

First week back proper lifting on the shoulder onwards to incline bench, I have never really worked on this so I am hoping it will carry over into my strict press

Incline Press
60kg x 10
100kg x 10
110kg x 5
120kg x 5
130kg x 3
140kg x 3 This was my goal happy to hit this
150kg x 3 First rep was a little rough second 2 were fine

Overhead Squats
after a bunch of sets to try and get more flexible ended up doing
3 sets of 40kg for 10 reps

Some Tricep exercises

Took 4 days out after boxing, managed to get myself a nice bout of indigestion that won't go away and boxing proper messed me up.

18inch deadlifts - with bands 70kg aid at bottom none at the top
70kg x 10
120kg x 5
170kg x 5
220kg x 3
270kg x 3
310kg x 3
320kg x 1
340kg x 1 bit of an ugly rep

Dropped it down to tighten up my form whislt im in the off season
220kg x 3 - before each rep I really pulled my shoulder back and tight down form felt soild perfect looking reps. When I finished my lower traps were on FIRE can clearly tell this is a weak area my physio was right!
170kg x 3

Got caught up in a conversation with a Powerlifter about what I should and shouldn't be doing, found him a little annoying and decided to leave after that

First thing is come in top 5 at CoC
Qualify for britans and uks
Compete in a couple of opens
Win team UK!

Just hit as many comps as my body can handle next year.

Power jerks
70kg x 3
100kg x 3
120kg x 1
130kg x 1
150kg x 1
160kg x 1 felt easy
170kg x f, f was very close on both just need to find a set of balls

Incline bench press
60kg x 3
100kg x 3
120kg x 3
140kg x 3
150kg x 3
160kg x 3 PB

Front squat - was a little tired by these (raw)
70kg x 5
100kg x 3
130kg x 3
150kg x 3
160kg x 1 failed second rep

Smith machine close grip with 2 blue bands
Bands x 3
Bands and 20kg x 3
Bands and 40kg x 3
Bands and 50kg x 3
Bands and 60kg x 3

Liked these can see a good carry over into locking out various exercises

Squats (reverse band 50kg at bottom)
60kg x 5 - no bands
100kg x 5 - no bands
140kg x 5
220kg x 3 all nice and quick deeper than ever
240kg x 3 good reps
250kg x 1
260kg x 1
270kg x 1 little help from the spot, fell forwards slightly

Bicep exercises

Shrugs with 290kg x 10 for 4 sets

110kg axle for 5 reps all pretty easy
360kg yoke for 15 metro about 13 secs
90kg and 100kg block for a few reps, couldn't quite lockout the 120kg

Deadlift

220kg x 3
260kg x 1 suit on horrible rep
280kg x 1 suit on again crap rep, don't like the suit and had a massive pain in my back felt like I couldn't breathe need to give the back some rest

Strict press
70kg x 3
90kg x 3
100kg x 3
110kg x 2
100kg x 3
100kg x 3

Close grip smith machine with 2 blue bands
60kg x 3
80kg x 3
90kg x 3
100kg x 3

Tricep pushdown with red band
45kg x 8
50kg x 8
54kg x 8
60kg x 5

Warm up with various squats and deadlifts, back is defiantly injured deadlifting 60kg hurts

Front squats - still 100% raw
70kg x 5
120kg x 5
140kg x 3
150kg x 3
160kg x 2 went for a third but went too low and it bounced off the pins
160kg x 3

Incline bench press
60kg x 8
100kg x 3
120kg x 3
140kg x 3 these were a little high
160kg x 3 about 2 inches above the chest a little too high
120kg x 3 1/2 inch off chest
120kg x 3 same
120kg x 3 same

Front raise - 5 sets of 10 reps 12.5kg

Rear delts
