Member 194, 3976 posts | I love lifting, but I prefer to stick it to other peoples girlfriends, just so much more fun! OOOooo had an exciting meeting last night, usually an oxymoron granted but this one wasn’t. Due to the expansion of the company I work for the fleet is growing in number, they want a number of Pilots to become R44 and 206Jetranger proficient, now fortunately I already am. The reason this is exciting (as I don’t get a pay rise which is gay and faggot like) is this. I will no longer be required to fly the R22 after September this year and will be utilized for the 44+206 and possibly some Eurocopter work. In English and the exciting bit for me is that as of September this year, no more 110 seat limit. The R44 has a limit of exactly 19st which is 120.6kgs, not quite the 125 of the 206 but better nevertheless. Over the winter this means a serious raw bulking course for me and 125 competitions next year – Hurrah and hurumph. By mid next year I should be ok to be used for the 206 and EC135 which means I can again gain around 5kgs for the latter half of next year. Now this has excited me enough, but to make it even better we have secured further Olympic contracts so I will be flying in that too (not like I will compete) – Result And as a further carrot infront of me, I maythe following year be ok to just fly the EC135 – Seat limit 150kgs! You know what that will mean! Powerbelly here we come!

One Sexy MoFo Member 101, 2470 posts | Totally gay about the bench bomb mate. Next time no doubt. Helicopters are cool as f**k. Went on two rides when I was in Vegas at the New Year - one to the Grand Canyon via the Hoover Dam, the other a night flight of Vegas itself. The night flight one was a much bigger, more modern machine. Very, very cool.

I have done both those flights too, we went to the Canyon in a Bell 206 and the R44 was doing the strip flights (not strip flights in a cool way for all your pervs). The 206 is a way better machine than the 44 (as I can be fatter flying it). It may be even sooner I can bulk up! I am getting very excited now! I have my hook up with Jordan the nutrition queen (nutritionalist/dietician type person, the blonde bird helping out last Sunday) and I am gonna bug her to sort me out a mega bulk cycle, of course there may be other 'suppliments' used as well.

Member 194, 3976 posts | Cheers lads. Your a strong bloke yourself Mark! And good to meet you, how was your hand after Gaz's psyche routine? Yeah was a crappy off day, meh! Happens I guess. Gonna go lift down south on the 18th May just becuase I am irritated I bombed with a weight I can almost raw bench, stoopid shirt! Gonan burn it and get a thinner one that I have to fight less. I think the guys and gals competing are ace, thats what it's all about at the end of the day, obviously genetics, training style and suppliemtns play a big part in whats done and lifted top end but at the end of the day if they are out there getting a PB or just having the balls to do it, well thats what it is all about when push comes to shove.

I booked them with www.papillon.com The strip flight was definitely in a much bigger, more modern machine. The guy who flew us over the Grand Canyon even told us that they used the better ones for the night flights. The strip flight was awesome. Vegas is far better from the air than on the ground!

Ahh just glancing at the pics of the birds it is a 206 for the Canyon, but its a Eurocopter for the Strip flight (the frenstrone/shrouded tail gives it away). Seems a bit excessive for the strip flight as they are bloody expensive to run. Still never will understand the Yanks!

Hmm, no idea to be honest 30-40ish I am guessing (and it is very much a guess) have done 3 sets x 20 reps with 100 before and its more of a case of getting bored and being an endurance thing, which is like cardio and as such I will have to hunt you down and destroy you for mentioning it!
