Eastern Promise - Think this was a good film. It could of possibly been about Russian mafia in London.

late entries of some movies i watched while flying to/from south africa, they had loads to choose from, but watching movies while tired is challenging.

HITMAN

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0465494/

Good movie to watch when you want to just check the brain at the door, kick back and enjoy some mindless action. I havent played the game that this is based on, but it didnt matter. Holes in the plot and what not, but who cares. Recommend.

Ensemble, c'est tout

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0792965/

french romantic comedy starring charming Audrey Tautou. Lovely warm gripping film. Loved it.

Michael Clayton

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0465538/

george clooney, legal drama, supposedly good. Was so s**t i stopped in the middle. Could have been because it was 3am, or maybe not, so dont take my advice on this one.

Body Builder

No Country for Old Men

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0477348/

After all the hype, quite a disappointment. Not Coen brothers best for sure, and not a movie you want to watch again. Still worth watching, and without the hype beforehand probably would have not been expecting as much.

f**k it, worth one powerbelly, but one bodybuilder as well for wankyness.

So you review two "best picture" nominees, and Hitman, and Hitman comes out on top? Wow.

To be fair, I though Michael Clayton was out of place in the "best picture" category, bloody good film though it is. "Hitman" was incredibly stupid but kind of watchable, though I'd've been pissed off if I'd paid £7.20 or whatever it is to get in.

You slagged Michael Clayton, There Will Be Blood and No Country For Old Men... I think we're seeing a pattern here. You don't like great cinema Happy.
AvatarJoni
maybe they just got me on a bad day Happy I dont like pretentious cinema, and sometimes oscars just get s**tty nominees, cant help if i dont like them. Usually i enjoy the nominee films, but this year didnt do that well for me.

But aye, those three will not get any sympathy from me and i would have been majorly pissed off if i had paid 7.20 to watch any of them.

f**k, i paid for a ticket to watch mulholland drive and was not as disappointed lol!
AvatarRick
Mulholland Drive was f**king great.
AvatarAlex
Shut it Rick, you like 28 days later Grin
AvatarThing
whatched superbad the other nite and the only thing i found really funny was th character Mclovin = classic so i'll give it 3 out o 5 just for that

The mist

Power Belly Power Belly Power Belly Power Belly

Some people are stuck in a supermarket since a fog, smog, well a mist started to appear. Crazy stuff are going on, you dont want to go outside. It's a thriller/sci fi, i found it really enjoyable and somehow different from this kind of cheap U.S. movies you can find nowadays. No actor though.
