I'll be interested to see how squatting thrice per week goes for you. It has worked a treat for me (I'm still pish tho hehe). Do you bench PL or BB style? I'm trying to develop a decent arch and bring the lats in more. When I manage to nail one it feels good. Potential!! Keep up the great work. I'll be following. | ||

Thus far. But I actually really enjoy squatting more.With my trap and neck giving me grief at the moment I haven’t had more than 180kg in my hands for ages. But depending on how I feel, I my deadlift tonight. Or it may be cambered bar good mornings for me if the neck is bad. But cheers for having a look. | ||
