Is this right? Can anyone recommend a pair? Does anyone have a pair that they want to sell on? I've never used any before so don't really want to spend silly money on a pair and not get on with them. Thanks.

They didn't turn me into Superman overnight as I planned but they're cheaper than most, come in half sizes and are still in very good nick so should get a few years out of them.

People I recommend them too are skeptical, then are always amazed how much difference they make when they try them! I use DoWins and get on realy well with them. I wear an 11, and they are an 11.

I heared the best ones are the Nike Olly shoes but dont think you can buy them over here! I'm a 12 and bought a 12 and the fit is perfect

I'm after some lifting shoes and can't seem to find much info about these, most people seem to talk about the Ironworks 2 and 3. I might even splash out on the Adidas Adistar if they are worth the extra, but I can't find much about them from people who have bought them.

I'm competing in the Valhalla festival same day! I will never do a weightlifting style comp again! I I got injured on the same day as I did the last one! I did get injured at home in the kitchen but not going in there again made me hungry!!

Thanks. i got the ones of the strength shop in half a size smaller than i am. advised by buzz.they r great. squatting n pressing feels much more solid in them than any other type shoe. bargain 35 quid as well
