Member 2322, 2464 posts SQ 260, BP 175, DL 312.5747.5 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 13.05.2011 @ 19:48 PM by Leggiez FRI 13.5.11Friday the 13th,unlucky for some they say , well it was aok for me SQUAT 1x10 @ bar 1x5 @ 60kg 5x5 @ 105kg Overhead Press 2x10 @ bar 1x5 @ 47kg 3x5 @ 65kg 2x5 @ 55kg Deadlift 1x5 @ 60kg 1x5 @ 100kg 1x3 @ 122.5kg 1x5 @ 167.5kg ( only managed 2 reps , grip was pure poor ) STRAPS ON 1x5 @ 167.5kg PB 1x1 @ 190kg PB 1x1 @ 200kg PB( both these went up easy ) Tricep Pulldown SS with CG Bench Press 3x10 @ 32.5kg/62.5kg (no problems here) Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls 3x20 @ bw / 3x10 @ 25kg ( last set only got 6 out , never done preachers b4 !) 1x10 incline situps with 10kg plate behind neck DB Shoulder Press 1x3 @ 25kg (56er) both arms 1x1 @ 25kg (DB) both arms (far easier with db than 56er) 1x1 @ 40kg (DB) both arms (had a few fails until i mastered the technique then i smashed a rep out with both arms,this was more to prove it was possible than actual training i think ! ) Happy that i got a DL pb of 200kg , just a shame its with straps , im sure a few months down the line i will be attempting it raw,just need to work on progressing my grip i guess. | ||

Member 2322, 2464 posts SQ 260, BP 175, DL 312.5747.5 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | MON 16.5.11 3 guys training at our gym tonight , nice change SQUAT 1x10 @ bar 1x5 @ 60kg 5x5 @ 107.5kg (form felt great , went up pretty easily) Bench Press 1x10 @ bar 1x10 @ 60kg 1x5 @ 90kg 3x5 @ 110kg (5,5,4 - bloody cramp in my right leg for 5th rep ,else it was deffo going up) 1x5 @ 90kg 1x1 @ 120kg Bent Over Row 1x5 @ 50kg 5x5 @ 95kg Tricep Pulldown SS with CG Bench Press 3x10 @ 32.5kg/62.5kg (gonna move it up a weight next time , this was pretty easy today) Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls 3x20 @ 10kg behind neck / 3x10 @ 25kg ( far easier tonight than first time) Clean and Press 1x5 @ 77.5kg Got weighed at a gym at the weekend , 99.7kg 21.3% bf : bulking takes no prisoners it seems !!!! | ||

I cannot believe i have been lifting and thinking my grip was fail the last few weeks and all the time it was a simple fix like chalk that was required !!!!!!!! SQUAT 1x10 @ bar 1x5 @ 60kg 5x5 @ 110kg (felt decent throughout and the last set was probably easier than the first) Overhead Press 1x10 @ bar 1x5 @ 47kg 3x5 @ 67.5kg (last rep was a grinder) 1x4 @ 67.5kg (pushpresses - front) 1x5 @ 57.5kg (front presses) Deadlift 1x5 @ 60kg 1x5 @ 100kg 1x3 @ 125kg 1x5 @ 167.5kg (chalk made this sooo easy , incredible the difference) 1x1 @ 185kg PB 1x1 @ 195kg PB (both these were no belt no straps chalk only double overhand grip ) 1xf @ 205kg (came off the floor fast but stuck above the knees , probably coulda hitched it but my grip was tired after the 2 pbs so i left it at that) Tricep Pulldown SS with CG Bench Press 3x10 @ 32.5kg/65kg (again no problems , gonna have to move the weight up again) Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls 3x20 @ 10kg behind neck / 3x10 @ 27kg ( getting the hang of this preacher curling now) Very happy with the PB's , CHALK is the future ! | ||

Member 2322, 2464 posts SQ 260, BP 175, DL 312.5747.5 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | FRI 20.5.11 SQUAT 1x10 @ bar 1x5 @ 65kg 5x5 @ 115kg ( still feeling easy , need this bloody cage to arrive to save the cleaning and side loading ) Bench Press 1x10 @ bar 1x10 @ 60kg 1x1 @ 110kg 1xf @ 130kg (fancied trying a pb , but it stalled halfway up ) 2x5 @ 112.5kg (4 reps 1st set , 2nd set i did 1 then reracked cos it felt uncomfy then pressed another 1 but my right shoulder didnt feel great so i left it at that : shoulda been 3x5) 1x5 @ 92.5kg 1x8 @ 92.5kg Bent Over Row 1x5 @ 60kg 5x5 @ 97.5kg ( last set was the best for form AGAIN , weird ) Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls 3x20 @ 10kg behind neck / 3x10 @ 27kg ( still need more weight here ) Grip Work (Farmers walk with 2 56'ers,supersetted with 2x5kg plate hold each hand) 3x10 garage shuttles (260m) with the 56'er , followed straight after with 2x5kg plate grip and hold for time , all 3 were roughly 1minute holds (progress from last time , only managed 45secs last time out) 56'er OH Press(both hands at once) 1x3 @ each hand individually 1x10 @ both arms together then 25kg dumbell 1x5 @ both arms together Kinda gutted about the benching , but happy with the Squatting progress this week , and of course some nice deadlifting helps motivate me for next week | ||

Barbell Complex 2 sets @ 50kg of Strict press x6 Back squat x12 Bent rows x12 Push press x6 Power cleans x6 2 sets and i had a sweat on and took about 90 secs to get my breath back lol , incredible considering it felt light even the final reps.Definitely gonna add this to end of work day 1x a week to fire up the metabolism. | ||

Overhead Press 1x10 @ bar 1x5 @ 47kg 3x5 @ 70kg (5,5,4 : nothing in the triceps for the final press) 2x5 @ 60kg Deadlift 1x10 @ 60kg 1x5 @ 100kg 1x3 @ 130kg 1x5 @ 170kg (chalk and it was no problem ) 1xf @ 205kg (got it right up to lockout but my right hand opened , callous came off grr , not gonna claim a dodgy rep as a pb) Barbell Complex 2x Pagan's complex @ 45kg (dunno proper name tbh but i got the idea from pagan's log... blowing not quite so hard as first time at least) Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls 3x20 @ 10kg plate behind neck / 3x10 @ 28kg ( still need a bit more weight ) Not a bad workout , nice to change things up a little in the accessory work. | ||
