Each pull was sending a nasty electric type buzz down my left arm. Pissed off at having to burn my work set but was for the best Yoke press Worked unto a single at 110 with some reps at 100. Was expecting better things but had no snap in my legs. Garden snatch off I won. Pagan and James failed most of their lifts for illegal width grips. Snatch to over head squat 60x1 Thing of beauty. My future lays in oly lifting. Session was s**t tbh but I spent the whole 2 hours crying with laughter. Not so sure training is always about lifting silly weights sometimes having fun is more important. | ||
