Lol, I failed 80 kg mate but kept it secret.

Think my setup needs some work. Still not quite comfy with my tech.

Hopefully it'll move up like my dbell did when I cained it.

Jumped on the scales as pagan was weighing in. Romper in at 96kg. Probably 94kg dry in the morning.

Yes mate it's one of jts handles. Now I know what I'm maxing I can do some reps next time out.

Since losing all shoulder size the position on my shoulder feels a bit dubious.

If I can get unto a solid 90ish at this bw I won't be crying.

Put down the deads after 3 reps. Each pull was sending a nasty electric type buzz down my left arm. Pissed off at having to burn my work set but was for the best

Worked unto a single at 110 with some reps at 100. Was expecting better things but had no snap in my legs.

Session was s**t tbh but I spent the whole 2 hours crying with laughter. Not so sure training is always about lifting silly weights sometimes having fun is more important.
