Cheers boys. Would have liked a 150 for 2 on push press. But everything was that tired after db and 7 sets of op. But that's what I want f**ked shoulders working to near maximal. Because when they're fresh BOOM

Not sure really. I should imagine they're small, just not very quick.

Your foot spacing needs to be pretty narrow IMO.....less than shoulder width apart

1 x 8 @ 60kg
1 x 8 @ 100kg
1 x 5 @ 120kg
1 x 5 @ 140kg
1 x 5 @ 160kg
1 x 5 @ 180kg

All very strong

Deadlifts: all doh
1 x 5 @ 60kg
1 x 5 @ 100kg
1 x 5 @ 120kg
1 x 3 @ 140kg
1 x 3 @ 160kg
1 x 3 @ 180kg

Very light again. Will be heavy next week.

Leg PRess:
3 x 12 @ 00kg
3 x 12 @ 330kg
3 x 12 @ 350kg - PB

Calf Raises:
3 x 20 @ 255kg

Very Light Side Bends:
3 x 20 @ 22.5kg

Feeling good this week.

Cheers lad. Side is at 80% now. Did the 160 raw and felt a twinge. Put belt on was ok. Deads were very light but all done doh so grip is getting better
