The Adlington gym is only 1 hour 30 min drive from my house (on AA route planner, so more like 1 hour). I am thinkin about comming up sometime to get some help with my squat

A lot of the Adders lads travel a fair bit mate. If you wernt driving to and from the gym you'd only be watching telly, and Alan is far more entertaining than Corrie, and has better put downs than Ann Robinson.

it takes me about an hour door to door as well, though i go there by train which gives me time to relax, so i dont mind the commute.
