I see alot of people suited up high squatting and list is at uneq and they get no bother ^^

Maybe they don't put themselfs in the limelight though..... HMM, ye fred your fault!! Cool

I actually can't squat like that at all. I like the bounce I get at the bottom of squats which I can only get if I squat to depth.

I watched the vid twice as I didn't want to comment rashly and just agree with everyone for the sake of it... but, for me they none of the squats in the vid were any good for PL, SM... or even to be called squats... and I know they'd probably be looked upon as good in the kind of fitness center gym in the video... but to me they are half reps.

If I was looking for a PT, and checked out their vids, I'd be much more impressed with a proper squat with perfect form.
