Stronger than the PB chart Member 196, 456 posts SQ 400, BP 250, DL 400 1050.0 kgs @ 156kgs UnEq	It's all well an good doing event training at ya gym indoors with you own equipment on solid ground etc etc , BUT when ya gotta do it at silly o'clock outside in daft weather with equipment ya sore that morning different story !! not to mention the flight/coach/hotel etc normally the day/night before comp !! a few things to take into mind when ya next watching from ya sofa shouting your wise words of training/event wisdom lol !!
