Right im sick of seing these massive 18" pulls on the league Angry

Are there any retards on here like me who cant pull anymore from 18 than ya can from the floor ?? At a max i could pull 10kg more (clean) from 18" Unhappy

Gotta be atleast 1 person ??

Is not due to the fact when you dead lift off the floor you pick up a weight to 18" then 'hitch' or just do an 18" pull then. If that makes sense. Your doing 18's without the rack

This sounds ridiculous but I couldn't even move 190kg (40kg under PB) from 2 inches below the knee (16-18inch-ish)..... indicates a very very weak back Unhappy

same here . im finding it harder to pull from below the kneee

My pull from that height used to be worse than my pull from the floor but I've been working on it and now it's about 20kgs more than my floor pull. Of course it's about midshin height for me still.

have a go at working down the rack form say 20" work up to 350\400 @ 20"
then go down to say 19" and work this to 350\400 get 2 or 4 reps on all
do this for 3 or 4 weeks than go for a 18" pb that is my plan
have ago and see .
do 20" and 19" all in the same session

Yip Niall even before I injured my self there was only 30kg between my normal deadlift and 18"deadlift

Solid advice there IMO knew like Anderson Squats but fir deadlift.

My 18" Rack Pull best is 225.
My full deadlift best is 230.

There is only 30kg difference between my 18" and my full dead, I'm working on it though

260/330 (Proberly more like 340 now)
