So in that respect i would say that reps help more. I can probably touch and go 10kg more than i can pause IF i get the line right. That's a big if though. | ||

Front Squats clean grip singles paused 70 x 1 80 x 1 90 x 1 100 x 1 110 x 1 120 x 1 130 x 1 140 x 1 150 x 1 160 x 1 170 x 1 180 x 1 190 x walked out with it so a few more sessions and I think 190 will be there. Zecher Squats with axil 64 x 3 84 x 3 104 x 3 124 x 2 144 x 1 Romanian deadlift paused at the bottom 70 x 3 80 x 3 90 x 3 100 x 3 110 x 3 70 x 5 Fin 20:55 Hard s great session da night changed the clean grip to the middle finger and index finger only seems to work better. And the back Squats felt good too. Will post the bids da morn. | ||
