Yep, paused stuff is different. With touch and go there is much more of a groove element to it. So in that respect i would say that reps help more. I can probably touch and go 10kg more than i can pause IF i get the line right. That's a big if though.

T&G and Paused are much the same but maybe more of a difference in weight for my 15kg +

Squating looking a lot better again mate. Pretty sure the rebound from the wellies constitutes equipped lifting though
