hey, just a quick question about novice 90 comp. Can the dumbbell be reps from the shoulder or must each rep be cleaned? Just wanna know for practising
I'd also like to ask if there are any places left in the yorkshires strongest u90 (may 8th)? I asked a page back, but wouldn't wnat you to miss it.

Would imagine each rep is cleaned from floor, that's how I'm training it anyway mate
Hi Paul will have a look but think it may be full now, will add your name though and see when the forms come back in what the numbers are like.
