Member 1705, 104 posts | Just signed my life away to the yorkshires comp, the novice u105s. The dead is 200 on the axle for reps... Is it worth ditching olympic deads completely for the next 7 months?

some nice relaxing jazz. Member 77, 12599 posts SQ 265, BP 165, DL 280710.0 kgs @ 93kgs UnEq | I am always suprised when you allowed to use straps on an axle deadlift. What's the point in a thick bar movement if your gona wear straps on it?

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22057 posts | I said: Strapless axle dead lifting is nasty. And the main reason for that isn't the grip. Makes me feel like I'm lifting with a twisted back. One hand is 2" further away from the body than the other.
