Today I done squat and bench was just a nice light session get the joints and muscles feeling some weight.
Sq 60x8 100x8 120x4 140x3 160x3 165x3 165x3 165x6
Then hit some calf raises.
Bench 60x12 100x8 120x5 130x3 130x3 130x5
Inclined dbs 40kg per db 3 sets of 8.
Tricep push down. 3 sets of 15.
Felt good and easy over next few weeks will start hitting some heavy weights, just take it steady.

ok mate, done a bit of bench friday, deadlifting today
gonna keep to 5+ reps on 90% of stuff for a while now

Sounds like ur training will work for u mate. Roll on next year now ah. We should be in the paper this week.
Arnold press on dumbells
25s 10 reps each arm
30s 8 reps
35s 6 reps
Seated bb shoulder press
60kg 12 reps
80kg 10 reps
90kg 6 reps
Bicep curls
3 sets of 10 with 20kg dbs
Then warmed down with 5 miles on exercise bike.
Todays was a backup movement day something I've added to my routine. Shoulders felt good but wamted 8 reps on the 90kg

Yeah mate think in a few weeks should hit reps on 100+. Think I might delete this log and start one in few weeks when start hitting some heavy weight

Logs should reflect your training good or bad mate. Theres no shame in going light for a while. Keep the log!

Cheers boys, will take couple weeks to get back to where I was before comp. Yeah phil true. I think I'll swap arnold press for behind neck press.

Nice fast pulls was training alone so felt like didn't want to do it. And after hard day laying blocks at college my back was killing.

I think Arnold presses seem a bit of a gimmick, btn press would be much better IMO

Yeah I'll do seated press and btnp I think. I can see my seated press going through the roof. I'll squatting/ benching monday. Good mate yeah our dl is simular.
