Arrived at gym to catch robbo leaving - couldnt get a word in to congratulate him, he was too busy moaning about the lack of plates in the gym (he even threw a set of keys at the owner-robson rage!!) Got my new knee sleeves and they rock squats 20kg/5 40kg/5 60kg/5 80kg/3 100kg/1 110kg/1 120kg/1 125kg/1 105kg/2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2 Front Squats 60kg/3,3,3 Nice session and the knee sleeves are helping my knees massively | ||

Only reason to go to ralls is the people (not the bodybuilders though, they piss me off - why do you need 2 curl bench things??) Squats 20kg/5 40kg/5 60kg/5 80kg/3 100kg/1 110kg/1 120kg/1 125kg/1 105kg/2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2 Deadlift 60kg/3 80kg/3 100kg/1 Belt on 120kg/1 140kg/1 160kg/1 180kg/1 195kg/0 185kg/0 Not too bad but pretty tired. Tried for DL pb but wasnt there (prob due to prior squatting) | ||
