Ive known it was there for a few weeks, just needed the taper to kick in and then up goes my lifts. Happy

70kg overhead is looking very easy for you right now bryce so i think you'll be hitting 90 at comp no worries.

I on the other hand seem to be a bit flat at the moment but home to change that next month

Could be a few causes with the falling off, would need to see your rowing to give a good opinion. Could be - high rating/not flowing between the stages (leg,back arms) on the drive/lifting your arms during the drive while extending your back.

Stick a vid up and I can have a look at your 'style' or we can meet at OSG (maybe a week on saturday?)
