exellent analysis Pete!
I know you have heart and attitude, which will make up some of your lack of recent training and event experience.
Lets give it our all and see what happens Looking forward to a head to head battle on the deadlift between you, me and will, should be a good one!

Hows the back feeling today Joni?
Good session on Sunday, looking good for Saturday if the back holds up fine!
Looking forward to meeting all these new guys, looking like a top comp!
See you all Saturday,
Ken

I would like to make a formal complaint against the Unit 20 challenge poster on the main page. I clearly provided an adequate poster for public usage, yet the image of me in my "Just walked out of Auschwitz" state continues to be abused!
Heads will roll!
Heads will roll!

3 days f**k i'm getting nervous now. Ready though, just want it to be here. Actually, no event I'm dreading for a change... let the battle commence!!

whoah 3 days.... well i guess it is too late to postpone it now eh?
come what may!
the event i am most dreading is the stone because i am not sure if i should go for the big stone or the small stone.
The event after that is deadlift: it will be a great battle thats all i know.
Frame and yoke i have no expectations so no real stress.

The only thing i was dreading was the deadlift. With my shoulder now i can add axle and DB, so half of the events

actually, you know what, i shouldnt even think about it and just go for the big one. If i miss it, too bad, boo f**king hoo, i deserve no points. I should nail it though.
