It doesnt have to be the strongest ie big z or marius as thats what most people say. I personally have a lot of respect for misha koklyaev my main reasons are he is awesome overhead, very very nice guy , former weightlifter with a pb clean and jerk of 250kg, also a massive squatter somethin ridiculous like 360 raw no belt no f**k all which i do like! Close second is terry as he had a lot of time to chat to me the missis and damo considering it was the worlds final and people were mithering him, also the best lorry,plain,wagon anythin puller in the world by far!

u75kg World Powerlifting Champion. Member 601, 3067 posts SQ 222.5, BP 177.5, DL 272.5 672.5 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq	poundstone for me, i think the guy is class. also he posts vids upon vids on the internet of his training/comps so hes fairly easy to follow compared to the likes of mariusz / big Z.

Member 1082, 153 posts	Svend probably. But I've been a huge fan of the Z since his debut at Kuala Lumpur all those years ago. Was gutted about the IFSA split. For me Z would have won the most WSM titles if it wasn't for that. Raymonds Bergmanis was a fave of mine too. Top deadlifter and nice bloke (although I think he worked for the KGB or something at one point).

As for they guys now i think you have to admire Magnus Samuelson even if it's just for his time at the top level of the sport. Also have a lot of respect for Sadler, you just have to look at the performances he puts in and the amount of commitment he has. Would be easy for him to say "sod it i'm not big enough" but he just keeps at it
