Back is in a bad way tonight so i pretty much just replicated my wife's programme. Twas fun and no stress on the back, win win. | ||

Banded seated leg curls/single leg axle RDLs 10/55 x 5 - 3 supersets. Axle rows/axle SLDLs 75 x 6/155 x 3 - 2 supersets. Axle incline press, 5s eccentrics 75 x 5 eomom x 5. Again started the session just copying the wife then moved on to testing the back a bit since it seems to have eased a bit today. Forearms are ruined from all the axle. | ||

Power cleans 70. Hang power cleans 70. Hanging knee raises/hanging trunk twists Hang power snatch/overhead squats 50. Banded abdominal crunches/knee stretch Just a variety of recovery and mobility work over the weekend. Feeling much better after the deload but still not ready for hitting the big weights again so another light week ahead. | ||

BTN strict press/plate pinch side laterals/plate pinch rear laterals/TRX face pulls 70 x 5/10 x 10/10 x 10/10 - 2 giant sets. Feeling good. Even though the weights are still very light i was pushing a lot harder tonight and felt good for more. Except my shoulders, they were ruined. | ||

DB triceps extensions/DB hammer curls/standing DB shoulder press - 2 trisets. Banded rows - 2 sets. Just getting everything moving. Quite impressed with my recovery on the bike. My new Powerdot arrived today so I'll be testing that out tonight. Quite excited to see what it can do. | ||
